Furman-Wofford-Mellon Grant: Two pioneering cooperative projects between Furman University and Wofford College designed to explore, in a cost-effective manner, the widespread introduction of new information technology to support teaching, learning, and scholarship at our respective institutions.

Kresge/Furman Science Initiative: $500,000 Kresge Foundation Science Initiative grant in 1995 that culminated the first three phases of a four-phase project which positions Furman to prepare science and mathematics students for the 21st century using the best computer and telecommunications technology available.

South Carolina Space Grant Programs: SCSGC programs provide supplementary support for faculty and/or students at SCSG member institutions to develop contacts and collaborations that will bring South Carolina scientists into the mainstream of NASA funded research.
